Chili is a perennial favorite,
and whole cookbooks
are devoted to
the topic. Some versions
are extremely
complex and can take
hours to cook properly.
But it also lends itself
to quick versions like
this one.
Chili can also be assembled
and cooked in
a crock pot. Put it on
in the morning, and it’s
ready for dinner
when you walk in the door after work.
